2. LATHER ON SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY

Using sunscreen on a daily basis is a must. And while you may have heard this saying on repeat since you were a child, we admit that it’s easy to forget to actually follow this cardinal rule. That’s because being in the sun can damage your skin and make wrinkles, age spots, and sagging skin more visible. Opt for an SPF 30 or above.

How to use it: Shake the bottle well, then apply generously 15 minutes prior to going out in the sun. Remember to reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. In general, you should reapply every two hours.
