Sleeping on your side leads to lines on the chin and cheeks while sleeping face down can cause lines anywhere on the face. The best sleeping position to prevent the development of wrinkles is sleeping on your back.

DON’T WASH YOUR FACE TOO OFTEN

Washing your face gets rid of natural oils that can help prevent the development of wrinkles. This also strips moisture from the skin which can cause dry skin and make the skin prone to damage which eventually leads to wrinkles. If you need to wash your face often, use a good mild cleanser and moisturizer right after to prevent skin dryness.
