What to eat to lose belly fat?

DINNER (have it before 8):

150grm chicken (go for chicken breast)

If you are vegetarian go for

150grm tofu

1 bowl salad loaded with some beans like rajma, chickpea.

BEFORE BED:

Have low-fat milk

With 1 spoon honey

And 8-10 almonds.

Include fish oil, omega 3 fats in your diet.

Now we will discuss the workout:

Do cardio for 20 mins.

Along with 30-40 mins of weight training, by training every body part at least twice a week to lose fat and get in shape.
